Coaching styles vary drastically but ultimately do one thing: empower a group of people to achieve. When we set up a team by training with an effective coach, the team begins to succeed at their job, accurately anticipate need, and feels comfortable not only doing their job, but helping and coaching others. Coaching emphasizes trust, humility, and self-care. Effective coaching is one major way we can promote those values in our group, coworkers, campers, and community. By challenging ourselves, we can strive to be different and create a healthy community.
“Experience, skill, and talent can only get you so far. To keep improving, you need a coach.”
